This loose glitter from Tim Holtz by Ranger is the perfect addition to the popular Distress line. The glitter gives your creative projects a sophisticated vintage shimmer. How to apply: Apply an adhesive base to the object, e.g. Distress Collage Medium, or Glossy Accents from Ranger or a clear liquid adhesive. Then simply apply the glitter on top. Shake off any excess.
